At Sunday’s Victrola holiday bash, master barista Kyle and I dipped into the liqueur cabinet and produced the following hit of the party:
Two ristretto shots of Victrola’s Streamline espresso.
2 or 3 ounces of Amarula cream liqueur.
steamed whole milk.
(6 ounce cup)
I am still trying to come up with a name. Any suggestions?

My boy’s been making amarula martinis lately. I love the elephant tree juice (where amarula comes from). Names… elephant something? Elephant foot, elephant juice, elephant cream.
