coffee stuff!

clover coffee

Coffeefest is in town this weekend bringing with it all manner of craziness. Victrola is getting to play around with a cool new device The Clover which we just unveiled over on the Victrola blog (which seems to be where most of my recent limited blog energy has been going). We’re setting up a little speakeasy for friends and colleagues over at the site of our future roasting facility on Pike, with a 2 group Synesso and single origin coffees brewed on the newfangled Clover.

I’ll try and post photos and reports from this weird coffee industry convergence. If you’re in town, try and catch the barista competition over at the former temporary library building by the convention center.

    Hi Tonx,

Just listened to CG podcast 17, way late. Mark says “update your blogs more often.”

The clover sounds pretty awesome. Can’t wait to get more info about it. My ex-boss is currently looking to set up a new cafe …

If you’re ever in Melbourne, drop me a line.

    Cheers,

    Luca

    Yeh! Update more often! ;)

I just wanted to say I’m really jazzed about the new location! From what I saw of the space, and also what I was told about some of the plans for the space, Tony you can count on me getting down to Seattle for the grand opening, if I’m invited! Can’t hardly wait!

    Mark
