		<description>What's this, first a link to Tonx photos show up via foodie newsletter in my inbox and now Amir is making cheese!  Actually I think I heard  something about that a while ago.  Well I don't have anything intelligent to say about coffee except that I like it, but cheese is another matter altogether.  I am in fact going on a culinary press trip to Israel at the end of next week thanks to our client the Israeli Dairy Board to visit dairies both artisanal and industrial.
