Ouzo is good. Unless of course you can’t stand anise. But I like it, anyway. Don’t know much about it, different qualities of it, etc., but it’s nice to drink once in a while.

Actually, the birthplace of western civilization is more accurately somewhere in the Levant, or Crete. The majority of our traditions, including our cow milk drinking ways, originate there.
