the training begins
The scene here at Evergreen Casual Food Bar in Athens is chaotic, but things are going very smoothly for us. Kyle is a training dynamo and is performing well and the future staff of Evergreen are giving it their all and making great strides.
I’ll be periodically uploading photos here. The bar design is mighty impressive and I will try to detail it in a future post on the Victrola blog. We are getting ready to do our first cupping. After all the espresso that has been consumed this morning I think there will be a need for much spitting.
