goin’ to Carolina
Today I depart for Charlotte, North Carolina for the SCAA conference where I’ll be exploring some new options and hopefully blogging incessantly about the many strange and wonderous (though mostly strange) happenings there. Joining me will be Kyle Glanville who was also handed his hat this week and will no longer be Victrola Coffee’s trainer. Its a new frontier for both of us - simultaneously scary and exciting.
Local hospitality is providing us some crash space not far from downtown and with any luck we’ll manage to snag some floor passes without too much further expense (last minute airfares are brutal). Photos and updates ought to start appearing here tomorrow.
A sincere thanks to everyone that has sent supportive emails, it really means a lot. I’ll be working to reply to all of you over the next week.

The news just sucks Tony, but I hope a bed of roses come out of this for you and Kyle. I’ll be looking for you in Charlotte.

sorry, i have to say it…”wow…kyle too?!”. what is going on at Victrola? I second Mr. Newman. would love to have you guys come to NYC or better yet, New Jersey. eager to hear about the new adventures you speak of re: the Charlotte SCAA. all the best Tony and Kyle!
