Intelligentsia
Following my trip to Mexico with the Intelligentsia crew, I got to spend some time hanging out at their amazing roasting works in Chicago. Intelligentsia pulls no punches in its commitments to ethical sourcing and quality at every step of the chain. Meeting the crew there and seeing the great work they do is a humbling experience. If you’re still in Chicago, check out Metropolis (http://metropoliscoffee.com). I know you wrote about these guys sending you some coffee last year…just wanted to make sure you get a chance to visit their shop in Edgewater. Tony and Jeff are great guys.
