Mexico epilogue

John wielding the Mezcal dispenser. John drops science at the UDEPOM dry mill.

John Cossette from Royal Coffee has posted his report from the Mexico trip. John was a brilliant, patient, and impassioned guide to a novice like myself, and his report will give you something of the flavor of the seasoned importer’s perspective on sourcing. Green coffee sourcing combines elements of adventure travel, diplomacy, investigative journalism, intense knowledge of coffee agronomy, and an iron constitution (and possibly a high alcohol tolerance). Big thanks to John and props to Royal Coffee for getting their blog on.
